Naples Express Transportation is pleased to provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions : Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the Safety of our passengers, employees, others and equipment. By making your reservation with Naples Express Transportation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Reservations & Cancellations:

To make reservations, please fill out and sumit Online Reservation Form OR call us at 239-269-5658. You can also send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Upon receipt of your reservation request, subject to availability, we will call or email your confirmation in writing. Reservations are not valid unless you have a written confirmation from Naples Express Transportation. Only our office staff has the right to make and confirm reservations. Our drivers, and other employees do not make reservations and confirmations will be void. We recommend that you make your reservation with the office at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick-up time.  However, last minute reservations are always welcome and are possible depending on vehicle availability. To avoid misunderstanding, please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any mistakes in the confirmation email, text message please contact us immediately. Our drivers will be routed by the information on the confirmation letter, such as pick up address and pick up times.

Reservation Cancellations:

Reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to twenty four (24) hours prior to pick-up. Cancellations received within 24 hours are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount including gratuity. “No-shows” are likewise considered non-refundable and will be billed accordingly.

Methods of Payment:
We accept cash and most major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards.
Payment is due at the time of service. 

Deposit:

No deposits are required to make a reservation.

Gratuity and tips:
Naples Express Transportation drivers receive the 20% gratuity in full.

Service Rates:
Rates, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days. Tolls and parking charges are included. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

Personal Belongings: 
We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from Naples Express Transportation  regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.   

Damages: 
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle, caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.  A damage fee of $250.00 will be charged if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle, interior or exterior, electronic equipments, etc.   In addition to the $250.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicles down time at the rate of $250 per day during the repair.  The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of Naples Express Transportation. All Naples Express Transportation vehicles are Non-Smoking. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and full charge for the reservation.

We reserve the right:
Naples Express Transportation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.

Drug Use Prohibited: 
Law prohibits drug use.  Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges.

Alcoholic Beverages : Law prohibits consumption of alcoholic beverages inside company vehicles. 

Electronic Communications:
When you visit Naplesexpresstransportation.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

No Liability: 
Naples Express Transportation shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Naples Express Transportation reserves the right to substitute vehicles for reasons beyond its control if Naples Express Transportation is unable to perform under this agreement, its liability is limited to a full refund of money paid by customer, and shall not exceed the deposit paid. Naples Express Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.

While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the clients choose to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.

Privacy Policy:
We will respect your privacy when you register or use Naples Express Transportation’s Website. Naples Express Transportation will not give your information to anyone .The information you provide us with, is used to help personalize your trip. Your name and address information may be used only for mailing you offers from Naples Express Transportation. Your e-mail address is used for sending you confirmations and updates about Naples Express Transportation service

Cancellations :
All cancellations must be done by phone. 

Governing Law:

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America without giving effect to applicable conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration – In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this agreement it hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to the American Arbitration Association for three-person arbitration in accordance with its applicable Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrators’ decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon. Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrators’ award or fails to comply with the arbitrators’ award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
