Q: How do we meet our driver at the airport?
A: Just like a family member your driver will be waiting for you at the cellphone lot and call or text you as soon as you are at your gate. Please remember to turn on your cell phone or deactivate the"Airplane Mode". If you have any checked bags he will ask you to contact him as soon as you are in possession of your bags and he will pick you up from the curb side within minutes. If you have no checked bags it is a better idea to meet your driver at departures level where there is less traffic and chaos (!). You can also order inside pick up with a sign (aka "meet and greet") if you need help with your bags or just feel more comfortable that way. This service free of charge as a courtesy of Naples Express Transportation.

Q: How do we pay?
A: You can pay cash or by credit card. All our drivers are equipped with wireless credit card swipers.
- We offer 24/7 Service to the airport, Seaport and Point to point destination with Lincoln Town Cars and Navigators that are the best in their class.
- Please add $10 to early morning and late night rides between 10:00 PM (by the time we drop you off) and 6:30 AM (by the time we pick you up)
- WAIT AND STANDBY CHARGES: (Excludes delayed arrivals at airports) We understand you may not be ready when we come to pick you up or need us to standby between multiple destination rides. It's OK up to 10 minutes and there's no surcharge for that. However, after free 10 minutes wait/standby time you'll be charged $1 per minute (all vehicles) or if you want us to standby between 2 or multiple rides (Weddings, Funerals, Parties, Anniversaries, Bar-hopping, Doctor Visits, Surgeries, etc.) you'll be charged $75 for Sedans and $99 for SUV and Minivans per hour.
- With spacious interiors and five-star safety ratings Lincoln Town Car's capacity is maximum 3 passengers 2 Large + 2 Small bags.
- Maximum capacity for an SUV is 6 passengers and 6 luggage (3 suitcases + 3 carry-on). Max. 5 passengers if you have more bags than that.
- Minivan rates are different than listed rates above. Please call.
- HOURLY RATES: All cars are also available for LOCAL hourly booking as follows;
- Hourly charter car service (Min. 3 hours) allows passengers the ability to be in control and truly personalize their ground transportation needs. For hourly charter car service passenger directs the driver to any destination they need and the driver will remain waiting for them to take them to their next destination. With this option there is no need to worry about wait time in between stops. Just reserve the car for the length of time you would like the driver at your disposal. Hourly reservations has unlimited miles and unlimited stops without any extra fee. Rates are for per car, not per person and standard %20 gratuity is not included in the rates.
- Luxury Sedan: flat rate $75 per hour (Min. 3 hours) + %20 gratuity
- Luxury SUV : flat rate $99 per hour (Min. 3 hours) + %20 gratuity
- 11 Passenger Van : flat rate $129 per hour + %20 gratuity (Min. 3 hours)

I use car services quite frequently and Naples Express is far and away the best I've ever experienced. They are now the only call I make for car service transportation. Friendly, outstanding customer service; quality, professional cars, and very flexible to customer needs. I've been driven by Engin (part owner) on several occasions and he is absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and make Naples Express your preferred car service. They will exceed your expectations!

My wife and I were in Naples for a wedding recently and randomly scheduled Naples Express for the drive from Fort Myers Airport to central Naples. Engin was our driver and it could not have been more pleasant. He texted me just as we were walking off the plane and was at the curb when we walked out of baggage claim. The drive down was as if we had a family member we hadn't seen in a long time drive us. It was such a comfortable, safe and efficient trip, I asked Engin if we could schedule our return trip with Naples Express and, specifically with Engin as our driver. I used to do a lot of business travel and never met a guy like Engin. Everything from the reservations, follow-ups, pickups and deliveries was handled professionally. I even got some gardening tips from Engin.

I reserved a car late yesterday afternoon to pick up my 92 year old mother to transport her to RSW this morning. Very fast professional response with a timely text confirmation, and then a follow up text with the driver name and car description. Naples Express is a great ride service provider. They've helped us get from RSW to Naples and back many times, and the service has always been perfect. I used them for transportation both to and from the Fort Myers airport to Naples. They were wonderfully prompt, very courteous, were there as soon as our plane arrived, were prompt when taking us to the airport when we left Naples. They even texted me during our trip so I was easily able to schedule my return car needs. I love that it's a family business, and it is clear they take great pride in providing top service to their customers. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others traveling through Naples.
